Project Services Manager
M.Int Dev Prac (In Progress), Architect (ARBV), M.Arch (Melbourne), B.Arch (Mumbai)
Project Services Manager and registered Architect with 10+ years experience in built environment research, design, implementation and assessment. Has been hands-on with Access Consulting work and NDIS home modifications. She also has a lived experience of hearing impairment.
Graduate Intern
PhD (in progress), B.Int.Arch.(Hons)., Cert.IV.Disability.
Currently a Ph.D. candidate investigating how design processes can be inclusive for persons with profound intellectual disability and non-verbal communication. Ilianna has experience within specialist schools as a caregiver and teacher’s assistant with many disability agencies, as well as personal lived experience as a sister.
